In the VM's configuration/hardware tab I have 3 hard drives configured, Hard Disk 1 is the VM C: drive, Hard Disk 2 is a NTFS (Boot Camp) partition which has a database on it, Hard Disk 3 is another NTFS drive which has a bunch of photos on it.
